Returns, Refunds, Shipping & Subscription Policies

The KilgourMD Full 90-Day Trial Period Offer

KilgourMD offers a 90-day trial guarantee (the “Offer”) exclusively for The Prevention Scalp Serum and The Treatment Scalp Serum.

Under this Offer, customers may use eligible serum products for up to ninety (90) days from the date of delivery. If, after completing the full ninety (90)-day usage period as directed, the serum products are not suitable for the customer’s scalp, KilgourMD will issue a one-time refund of one hundred percent (100%) of the purchase price for the qualifying ninety (90)-day serum supply.

This Offer applies only to The Prevention and/or The Treatment Scalp Serums. All other KilgourMD products are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for the 90-Day Trial Offer, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The customer must have purchased and used a complete ninety (90)-day supply of eligible serum products, defined as one of the following:
    • KilgourMD Triple Bundle
    • Three (3) KilgourMD Bundles
    • Three (3) individual bottles of The Prevention and/or The Treatment
  • Products must be purchased directly from KilgourMD. Purchases made through third-party retailers, marketplaces, or resellers are not eligible.
  • The Offer is subject to fair use and is limited to one (1) redemption per customer, household, or order, at KilgourMD’s sole discretion.
  • Customers who have previously received a refund under this Offer or any similar guarantee are not eligible.

KilgourMD reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet eligibility criteria, demonstrate abuse of the Offer, or otherwise violate these Terms & Conditions. KilgourMD may modify or discontinue this Offer at any time without prior notice.


Returns & Refunds

Except as expressly provided under the 90-Day Trial Guarantee for serum products, all KilgourMD products are final sale. Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, KilgourMD does not accept returns or offer refunds for products once an order has been shipped.


Order Changes and Subscription Cancellations

KilgourMD’s fulfillment partners process and ship orders promptly. If you have placed an order or a subscription renewal has been initiated, you may contact us on the same calendar day, during standard business hours, to request a change to your shipping address or a cancellation.

While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has entered the fulfillment process. Orders that have already been processed or shipped are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

Shipping Charges

All shipping and handling charges paid by the customer are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify KilgourMD within seven (7) days of receipt if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. You must contact us at hello@kilgourmd.com and provide supporting information (such as photographs or order details) so we may evaluate the issue. If the claim is approved, KilgourMD will, at its discretion, issue a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may be excluded from this policy and will be clearly identified on the applicable product page prior to purchase. Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Policy Enforcement

KilgourMD reserves the right to refuse refunds, replacements, or other remedies where abuse, fraud, or violation of this policy is suspected. All determinations under this policy are made at KilgourMD’s sole discretion, except where prohibited by law.


Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification once your order has shipped.

In some cases, order fulfillment may be delayed due to inventory availability or operational constraints. If fulfillment is delayed, customers may request cancellation up until the time the order is fulfilled. Once an order has entered the fulfillment or shipping process, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer the following domestic shipping options within the continental United States:

  • Free Standard Shipping — Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
  • Express 2-Day Shipping — Flat rate: $10

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to the following countries:

United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore.

    International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes (including VAT) once the shipment reaches the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

    Due to ongoing changes in global trade and tariff regulations, some regions may impose additional duties on goods shipped from the United States. We recommend checking your country’s most up-to-date customs and import policies prior to placing an order. KilgourMD is not responsible for delays or charges related to customs processing.

    Order Tracking & Delivery Issues

    When your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

    If you have not received your order within 15 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@kilgourmd.com with your name and order number, and we will assist in investigating the issue.

    Couriers

    Our fulfillment partners work with major U.S. mail carriers. The carrier used for delivery may vary depending on destination and logistics availability.


    Subscription Policy

    Subscription Overview

    When you purchase a KilgourMD subscription, you will receive automatic, recurring deliveries of the selected product(s) based on the delivery frequency and duration you choose at checkout.

    By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize KilgourMD to securely store your payment information and to charge your selected payment method for each scheduled delivery, unless you choose a prepaid subscription option.

    Automatic Renewals

    Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their initial subscription term. If your subscription is set to auto-renew, you will continue to receive deliveries and be charged according to your selected schedule unless you cancel prior to renewal. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time before the next billing or shipment date.

    Managing or Canceling Your Subscription

    You may change, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time prior to your next scheduled shipment.

    • Use the link provided in your order confirmation or subscription emails, or
    • Log in to your customer account using the email address associated with your order

    Changes or cancellations must be completed before the order enters fulfillment. Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

    Subscription Charges & Payment Authorization

    By maintaining an active subscription, you acknowledge and agree that your payment method will be charged automatically for each delivery, charges will occur in advance of shipment, and failed or declined payments may result in delayed shipments or cancellation of the subscription.

    Returns & Refunds for Subscriptions

    Returns and refunds for subscription orders are subject to KilgourMD’s Returns & Refunds Policy. The 90-Day Trial Guarantee applies only to The Prevention and The Treatment Scalp Serums, including when purchased via subscription, provided all eligibility requirements are met. All other products are final sale, including when purchased as part of a subscription.
