Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. In some cases, order fulfilment may be delayed due to inventory levels, and in these cases, you may request cancellation of your order up until the time it is fulfilled. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer free standard shipping in the continental U.S., alongside express 2-day shipping at a cost of $10. For standard shipping, please expect delivery within 3-7 business days. You will be sent a courier tracking number by email once your shipment has left our warehouse.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore. Standard international shipping is free of charge with all orders, but delivery time may take longer.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. KilgourMD is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Please check with your country's customs before ordering. Due to the recent uncertainty with tariffs, many jurisdictions have implemented new import tariffs/duties on goods arriving from the U.S. We recommend checking your region's up-to-date policies before placing your order.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@kilgourmd.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
